These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Alqevanta s. r. o. and the users of the alqevanta.com website and the Alqevanta real estate crowdfunding platform.
1. Platform operator
The operator is Alqevanta s. r. o., with registered office at Pribinova 25, 811 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 481 392, registered with the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file no. 198452/B. The company holds authorisation of the National Bank of Slovakia no. 100-000-345-672 as a crowdfunding service provider pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
2. Nature of the service
The Alqevanta platform facilitates investment into real estate projects through crowdfunding. Alqevanta is not an investment firm under Act no. 203/2011 Coll. and does not provide investment advice.
3. Registration and user account
Use of investment services requires registration, identity verification (KYC) and a suitability check pursuant to AML regulations. The minimum age of users is 18 years.
4. Investment risks
Investing in real estate projects involves the risk of partial or total loss of the invested amount. Past performance of projects does not guarantee future results. Read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) carefully before investing.
5. Fees
The current fee schedule is published on the website in the "Fees" section. Alqevanta reserves the right to update fees from time to time.
6. Consumer protection
Users who are consumers have a right to a 4-day reflection period during which they may withdraw from their investment without giving reasons, in accordance with Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy and applicable legislation (GDPR, Act no. 18/2018 Coll.).
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to hello@alqevanta.com. Consumers have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution body (Slovak Trade Inspection, www.soi.sk) or the ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The competent court is the relevant material and territorial court of the Slovak Republic.
10. Final provisions
These terms enter into force on 1 January 2026 and replace any previous versions. The current wording is always available at alqevanta.com.
