Alqevanta s. r. o. ("Alqevanta", "we" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide when using the alqevanta.com website and our real estate crowdfunding services.

2. What data we process
We process first name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address, browser data and information about your interaction with our website. When investing we also process data required by anti-money laundering legislation (AML).
3. Purposes of processing
We process data for the purposes of providing services, sending the newsletter, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. AML), protecting our legitimate interests and marketing based on consent of the data subject.
4. Legal basis
We process your personal data based on Article 6(1) GDPR — performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligation, legitimate interest of the controller and your explicit consent.
5. Retention period
We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary, no more than 10 years in line with the archiving obligations under Slovak law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
7. Recipients of data
We may share data with vetted processors (hosting, email and analytics providers), exclusively under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.
8. International transfers
We process your data primarily within the European Economic Area. Any transfer outside the EEA takes place under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
9. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on alqevanta.com. Version effective from 1 January 2026.
